Terms and Conditions

All Spring Mountain Technology (SMT) prices exclude Government Sales Tax and Delivery.
Deliveries of small goods (up to 20Kgs) are usually delivered next three working days after ordering. Larger products are usually delivered in 7-10 working days.

Upon receipt of your order we will contact you by phone or email to arrange delivery, unfortunately we are not able to say at what time of day an item will be delivered.

All goods are subject to availability and whilst every effort is made to deliver goods within the time scales specified delays are sometimes unavoidable. We will inform you of any delays, as we are made aware of them. In the event that there is an unacceptable delay for goods you have already paid for you may cancel the order (prior to dispatch), and we will give you a full refund providing the delay is not a result of local customs procedures or any special arrangements you have requested.

If you are unable to take delivery on the date given, or you require special delivery arrangements, please contact us by phone as soon as possible and we will endeavour to offer alternative arrangements. Delivery other than our usual service may incur additional charges; any additional charge will be confirmed by phone/ email.

Please inspect your goods prior to signing for them, if goods are damaged or incorrect contact us as soon as possible. Do not accept the delivery without first making contact with us.
All goods delivered must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over.
Ordering
You can order by telephoning our sales office on (Australia Country Code 61) (0)7 3200 0305 All prices are in Australian Dollars. If we discover an error (including errors in price) we will contact you immediately to give you the option of reconfirming your order, and we will correct the error as soon as possible. SMT reserves the right to withdraw goods from sale at any time.

After we contact you to arrange delivery we will send confirmation of your order by email or post in the form of an invoice; this will include our contact details and your customer & order numbers. Please check all details carefully and contact our sales team by phone immediately if there appears to be an error.
After Sales Service
At SMT we pride ourselves, as being "BEST ON SERVICE" this does not stop when your purchase has been delivered. Customer support is available every working day to help you in any way we can.

In the event that your purchase is damaged in transit do not accept delivery before contacting us. Our representative will advise you on how to proceed should this occur. If you discover a problem with your purchase after accepting delivery, then please contact us immediately.

If you experience any problems with your purchase we recommend that you check the relevant section of your instruction manual before arranging for service. In our experience many apparent faults can be solved quickly and easily in this way.

All SMT Wireless equipment comes complete with a 1 Year manufactures warranty, all Tigris/ Wireline equipment has a minimum of 30 days warranty. Details on how to arrange post sales support or extended hardware/ software warranty are available on request. Please advise us of any contact names or reference numbers you have been given as well as the nature of the problem. Please also include the Invoice Number and the Order Number from your invoice.

Refunds & Returns
If a service or product you have ordered is not received in the allotted time please contact us. The situation will be rectified, similarly If you wish to return an item please contact our Customer support team who will advise you of the returns procedure and any relevant reference numbers you may need. The Exception to the returns policy is computer software items, which have been opened by the consumer.

In some cases the manufacturer may wish to arrange the refund and/or return, in which case details of their procedure will be advised when they contact you. In all cases where a product is being returned a refund will not be given until the item is received and inspected. A restocking fee may apply.
Mailing
Unless instructed otherwise SMT will send marketing material and that requested by our customers. In the event that we are unable to contact you by phone or email we may contact you by post with the information you requested. If you receive mail from us in error, that was not requested or that you do not wish to receive please contact our customer support team on +61 (0)7 3200 0305 so that we can correct the error and prevent it from happening again.
